SCEMENT
SCEMENT is a software implementing our scalable and memory efficient integration method of large-scale single cell RNA-sequencing data. SCEMENT ias published in the paper 10.1093/bioinformatics/btaf057. My presentation in AWSOM'25 is here in pdf version
Airavata Cerebrum
Airava Cerebrum is wn Integrated Computational Neuroscience Framework, whose goal is to build computational neuroscience models that can be constructed using large single-cell datasets from Brain Atlases. Python source is available at github. My presentation in Cybershuttle workshop'25 is here. The poster I presented at SfN Neuroscience conference is here.
Ph.d Thesis and Defense
My Ph.d. thesis is on the topic of Parallel Algorithmic Techniques for Large-Scale Problems in Computational Biology. Slides of my defense are available here. LaTeX source of my thesis, defence and synopis are in the bitbucker repository here
